We ship with Aramex or Australia Post, depending on the coverage area. At this stage, any orders received will be shipped in 2-5 business days from receiving the order. Unnatural Urges Wine is not licensed for export so domestic orders only.

Abiding by responsible service of alcohol, clients of the grand market herein solemnly swear they are of legal drinking age in their land of residence. Imbibe with caution, as our elixirs are not to be trifled with by the unready and untested.

At Unnatural Urges, we believe that every bottle is unnaturally exactly what the plague doctor ordered: a potion of the highest caliber.

However, if you’ve found yourself with the wrong elixir or something less than magical—whether a miscast bottle or an unexpected flaw—we will work together to rectify the curse.

Reach out to us via email (jonny @unnaturalurgeswine.com with your proof of purchase, and we’ll perform the necessary rites to restore balance. Should the need arise, we’ll summon a new vial of the correct brew, ensuring that your experience remains unblemished as the full moon at midnight.
